Reactor is a game where you must balance atoms to create molecules and earn points. There are two ways to play: Classic mode and Time Attack mode.
In Classic mode, you must create molecules of a certain atom count in order to win. In Time Attack mode, you have a set amount of time to create as many molecules as possible.
To play, use your mouse to control the cursor. Left-click and hold to grab an atom, then release to place it. atoms can only be placed next to other atoms of the same color. If an atom is not touching anything, it will bounce off the walls and floor.
If an atom touches another atom of the wrong color, both will explode and you will lose a life. If you lose all your lives, the game is over. You can earn extra lives by creating molecules worth more points.
There are three types of molecules: simple molecules, double molecules, and triple molecules. Simple molecules are worth one point, double molecules are worth two points, and triple molecules are worth three points. When you create a molecule, all of the atoms in it will disappear and be replaced with a new atom type.
